The Life & Peace Institute (LPI) invites qualified consultants to undertake the final evaluation of the project “Inclusive and Participatory Policy Engagement for Peace and Reconciliation in Somalia (2023–2026).” Implemented in partnership with Somali Public Agenda (SPA), the project aims to strengthen civil society participation in governance and reconciliation processes across Hirshabelle, Galmudug, South West State, and Benadir.

The evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability, with a strong focus on learning to inform future programming. Activities will include document review, stakeholder consultations, and fieldwork in key project locations.

Consultants with demonstrated experience in peacebuilding evaluations, strong analytical capacity, and knowledge of Somalia’s context are encouraged to apply.
