Climate, Security, and the Role of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development in the Horn of Africa by Messay Asgedom Gobena
The article takes a regional and institutional look at the role of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) in climate security in the Horn of Africa by examining the multiple areas that the regional block is already engaged in and provides both focused immediate and long-term recommendations about how IGAD can shift to even further support communities throughout the Horn of Africa.
