LPI on Facebook
Project and programme-related funding is derived from a range of sources including governmental and international organisations, foundations, trusts, churches and ecumenical organisations in various countries.
A major part of LPI’s funding is provided by the Swedish International Development and Co-operation Agency (Sida). Other financial partners are the European Union, USAID, Bread for the World in Germany as well as the Church of Sweden, Swedish Mission Council, and Folke Bernadotte Academy in Sweden.
Some of our work-related partners include: Inter-Africa Group (IAG, Ethiopia), Act Change Transform (ACT!, Kenya), Eastern Africa Sub-regional Support Initiative for the Advancement of Women (EASSI) of Uganda, the Centre for Christian-Muslim Relations in Eastleigh (CCMRE), affiliated with St. Paul’s University, as well as regional organisations inlcuding the African Union and the Inter-Governmental Authority for Development (IGAD).
